The episode opens with a dramatic proposal in mid-air which causes the bride to be to have what seems to be a heart attack.

Emergencies: a floor collapse at a wedding; a powerline in a swimming pool; a man trapped in a carwash brush; a fire in an apartment block. Character relationships: Abby’s mum goes missing; Bobby’s tragic family past. The initial emergency - a floor collapse at an Indian wedding is a shockingly effective way of opening the episode and is cleverly shot as if on mobile phone footage. It is highly reminiscent of a real tragedy in Israel in 2001.
