America banned its top AI overseas. Asia just built its own.
Sakana AI released Fugu on June 22 — an orchestrator it claims matches Anthropic's Fable 5 on engineering and reasoning. Two days later, 360 Security unveiled Tulongfeng in Beijing, an automated bug-hunter Zhou Hongyi calls "China's version of Mythos." 360 says it has flagged 3,432 vulnerabilities — Reuters couldn't verify.
