They want to control the company and to install one of their sons as CEO. They want to squeeze money from the company at the expense of the workers and customers. MarketBasket is a huge succes story of how if you take care of your customers and employees, you will be taken care of yourself. #ArthurT.Demoulas is a principled man and has steered MB successfully.  Unfortunately, when you are greedy $13 million isn't enough. We are seeing American corporate greed play out right before our very eyes.
