This might be the lightest roast I’ve ever tried (the photo doesn’t do it justice). Brewed it in the #Suiren dripper. Quite sweet with a delicate acidity. Perfect for those who love a gentle cup, but I'd prefer something more bright.

A washed #Organic #Coffee from #AprilCoffeeRoasters. Beans for this lot came from the La Conquista farm, located at high altitudes in the La Coipa District of #Peru.
Brewed in #Dotyk, it left a positive impression with its balanced and complex profile. The drink is light, has slightly acidic taste with moderate sweetness and no bitterness. Flavor notes: prune, tea, white flowers, dark fruits, a hint of smokiness.
