Now...For the 17 Pro! Come on Apple, wow us! Make me spend more money! Biggest battery ever, full-width camera, which I'm not a fan of. Patrick's Pixel has it and it feels quite bulky to me. Still no direct mention of RAM amounts, making me wonder how much this matters anymore...Maybe it's all about the processing between CPU and GPU. Ah so it does have the A19 Pro, but still the same amount of CPU and GPU cores with neural processing built into each core. Yep, still highly considering the Air which was not how I saw this going. Pro cameras don't sound much better than the cameras in the lower models this time around. The Zoom upgrades sound impressive but I don't need that. #AppleLive.
Yay! Phone time! Four new models. Drop one. This is getting as cluttered as the iPad line. Visual stuff I don't care about was next. It has the A19 chip. Will the Pro have a better chip? A19 has 6core CPU and 5 core GPU. There needs to be something to really set the Pro apart, otherwise, the 17 is sounding like the way I should go! I know the Pro camera will most likely be better, but 48 MP fusion camera should still be great for my uses! They even upgraded the front camera significantly it sounds like! They haven't said how much RAM the standard 17 has. Does indeed start at 256 GB storage as the rumours hinted at! Now...the iPhone Air! Very interested to see how they'll spin this from a marketing perspective. I can imagine another bend gate, space-grade Titanium or not. Remarkable battery life? Oh really? 5.6MM thick, 6.5 inch display. They keep bringing up the toughness, so maybe they'll prove me wrong regarding bending. Wait...it has A19 *pro?* wow! Wasn't expecting that. Maybe I should get this one? Now they're talking about GPU neural engine upgrades. MacBook Pro level of power in an iPhone! Has Apples C1X modem. How are the cameras, though? It's the fusion camera system as well! I'm by no means a camera expert, but it's really sounding like the Air is going to be my personal winner! Oh... All-day battery life and it does have Magsafe! #AppleLive
Apple watch 11 doesn't seem to great, I'm just going to get a 10 when the price goes down :) #applelive
Now, moving on to Apple Watch! First, we get user stories of how Apple Watch has saved people's lives, including a stroke victem and someone who had a collapsed lung and had no idea! Powerful stuff! So what's new? Well everything will be to me since I haven't had a watch since the series 4! Apple Watch series 11, thinest and most comfortable ever, yeah yeah, I'll be the judge of that LOL. Hmmm, better cellular data support? Do I really need a Cellular version? Nah, don't think so. I've never found wearing the watch comfortable when I sleep. Maybe the series 11 will change that? They're talking about the Sleep Score feature. 24-hour battery life for series 11, huh? So what sets it apart from the Watch SE3? Oh, 18-hour battery life instead of 24 and no Blood Pressure sensing. For battery life, I guess I'll be going with the series 11. Definitely do not need the ultra! #AppleLive
10-hour battery life when using transparency? Wow! I might have to grab these in a few months when they will most likely have a black Friday special! #AppleLive
Wow the new airpods seem super cool #AppleLive
Oh we did get Airpod Pro 3's! Nice! As a Hearing Aid user and an owner of the 2's, I'm not as personally excited about these. Better Mics could improve transparency mode, though, which sounds a little too quiet to me even with settings adjusted. They do have live translation and it ducks the person's voice down since they're speaking another language! Amazing! Also will they use that same voice that was in the demo? I sure hope so! The 2's don't stay in my ears very well, so the better fit claims do make me curious. #AppleLive
And right away, we have good ol Tim off to the left side of the stereo field. Whare were the audio engineers? #AppleLive
It's Apple event time! I'm in the market for a new phone and watch, so I'm very excited! Using this as a thread starter for my commentary. #AppleLive is the hashtag to filter if you couldn't care less about this.
@RainbowRemedy Personally I’ve always just used #AppleLive but I also really try not to comment on anything unless I think it’s a truly unique thought.
