Totally in awe of our #Ukraine partners in the #PolarRES project: running #ClimateModels right up to their building being damaged by missiles, the ongoing power cuts in #Kyiv and elsewhere due to Russian attacks on #energy infrastructure now also affecting their work.
We need to keep supporting them + Ukraine generally as they push back the Russian invasion. I wish I could do more, but working with #AntarcticScientists from Ukraine makes me aware of how privileged I am to live in #safety
