Die einzigen beiden mehr oder weniger ortholinearen Keyboards mit denen ich gut klarkomme, sind das #Zlant (eigentlich "uniform staggered", sieht aus wie ein jeweils um 0.25u verschobenes #Planck) und das vorhin schon genannte semi-ortholineare #Alpha28, weil da das X rechts unter dem S ist.

@benjaminhollon: Indeed, probably never got that idea due to using Esc not that often.
But I use #TapOrHold a lot with #QMK, usually on 40% keyboards or smaller. (I have an #Alpha28 and a #Pain27, sub-30% mechanical keebs where you go even more nuts without that QMK feature as you go anyway when you try to use them in production. 😉)
Even on my #MiniVan (40% #mechanicalkeyboard) I use "tap or hold": RightShift and /? are the same key as well as LeftAlt and \| or Fn and Compose.
