“Regenesis - feeding the world without devouring the planet”

Just finished reading this book. What an interesting read. Very dense with information, so I took it in in small portions. But it has opened my eyes to many structures in our foodchain and -production, that are disfunctional at the least, but can be better described as ruining our world.
