As you can see, there were plenty of drinks as well, paired with each dish. The first drink was a desert pear mimosa, really good.

And the fourth course branzino and accompaniments were just perfect. I'm not necessarily a fan of mole, but that mole blanco was spectacular. Maybe I just haven't had good mole? Dinner last night was at @paseoanaheim #Paseo #PaseoAnaheim , at the special An Evening With Chef #CarlosGaytan dinner featuring Chef #AlanSanz and #CasaLumbreSpirits . I started to mention my favorite dish of the evening, but I couldn't pick one because they were all so good. #ChefCarlosGaytan #DowntownDisneyAnaheim
