Global tech outage leading cause of flight delays at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport Friday morning

Some United Airlines flights were resuming flight schedules while the issue was still apparently active. According to the airline, airports in California, Colorado, Florida and Hawaii were also experiencing tech outages.
