Awhile back the devs for #ASIO4ALL did a remarkable thing and implemented plug and play #Audio device driver parsing and voilà, apart from some single audio interface manufacturer drivers we *Finally* had generic #AggregateAudioDevices on #Windows like the Mac had years ago . You'd think they're d be a thundering chorale from heaven but a year later folks still had no idea.Meanwhile...someone somewhere decided they didn't like this happening on "their turf" and of course thereby hangs a tale...
