Just read β€œThe Non-Human Enterprise” by Gassmann & Wincent (CMR, 2025). They describe agentic enterprises built on autonomous AI agents.

From my Cybernetic Enterprise lens, the point isn’t β€œnon-human” orgs, but socio-technical systems where humans + AI agents co-regulate via clear goals, feedback loops & governance.
