#TimesRadio James Hanson on #AdamBoulton just interviewed Lt Col Peter Lerner of the Israeli Defence Force.

I found it chilling.

He came perilously close to describing the IDF actions as 'the final solution'.

Even before the invasion, in a CNN interview, he was talking in the same terms:

Please, Israel, there are no 'final solutions'.

You cannot 'stop this ever happening again' without genocide.

And genocide would be suicide.
