Bereits das Amtsgericht hatte die beiden freigesprochen – die Staatsanwaltschaft ist daraufhin in Berufung gegangen und forderte 170 Tagessätze á 10 € für Luca & 140 Tagessätze á 10 € für Jori. Das Landgericht hat die Berufung vergangene Woche zurückgewiesen.

Already the local district court had acquitted both – but the public prosecution department appealed and wanted 170 daily fine rates of 10 € from Luca & 140 daily fine rates of 10 € from Jori. Last week, the regional court rejected that appeal.
