Making websites accessible takes enormous effort. Behind every accessible website is an under-appreciated accessibility tester tackling daunting auditing tasks every day, often with inadequate tools. We are here to change that.

I don't have statistics more recent than this, but I suspect the situation is still similar now, and it can probably safely be extrapolated meaning that thousands of the 7000+ government services aren't digital accessible to the minimum required standards.

@figma.bsky.social sites, more than 25 years after the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines were introduced, and the web was designed to be accessible.
