Agi: Trovato morto a ottobre a Piacenza, arrestati la moglie e il figlio

AGI - Era stato trovato morto, a 85 anni, nella propria abitazione, il 25 ottobre scorso vicino Piacenza. Questa mattina, i carabinieri del Nucleo investigativo del Comando provinciale di Piacenza, a Castel San Giovanni, hanno dato esecuzione a un'ordinanza di custodia cautelare, emessa dal Gip del Tribunale di Piacenza su richiesta della Procura, nei confronti di due indagati: la moglie e il figlio dell'85enne. 
Il figlio accusato: "Maltrattamenti e sofferenze"
Secondo quanto ricostruito dalle indagini dei carabinieri, l'uomo sarebbe stato ucciso dal figlio, accusato di omicidio volontario aggravato. I militari, inoltre, hanno delineato un quadro di gravi e prolungate sofferenze inferte all'anziano e sia il figlio che la moglie sono gravemente indiziati di concorso in maltrattamenti e sequestro di persona.

This morning, the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus of the Provincial Command of Piacenza, in Castel San Giovanni, executed a precautionary arrest order issued by the Gip (Judge for Preliminary Hearings) of the Piacenza Court at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against two suspects: the wife and son of the 85-year-old.

The son accused: “Abuse and Suffering”
According to what the Carabinieri investigations have reconstructed, the man was killed by his son, accused of aggravated voluntary homicide. The military also outlined a picture of serious and prolonged suffering inflicted on the elderly man, and both the son and the wife are seriously implicated in conspiracy to abuse and kidnapping.
