Much as I fucking hate thick fascist ambitionbot #SuellaBraverman with every fibre of my being, I am keeping things in context by considering that the headlines generated by her speech today are basically the same things that have been parroted by Tory Home Secretaries since at least Theresa May, and in fact the rhetoric coming out of the #HomeOffice on immigrants was pretty fucking appalling under Labour too.
