But on the other hand customers with ethically questionable and unsustainable business models are part of the keynote speech/presentation.

i was curious about the venue of #awssummitberlin as it was a very interesting space for an event

the whole feel of the place was industrial, yet organic, and lots of interesting angles and nooks, giving it a real personality. the central exhibition hall had a glass roof letting in natural light, and with wooden booth frames and greenery, felt comfortable and inviting - enough space for a giant keynote hall, as well as different halls for breakout sessions workshops and a community stage. a bit disorienting at first, but it was great for wandering around and discovering new areas

it was interesting to do #rsac and #awssummitberlin in subsequent weeks

i preferred the latter. sessions were more relevant to me - even in only the security tracks - and the exhibition floor more absorbable than the overwhelming circus in san francisco

Berlin wasn't a small event (7,000 attendees), but more accessible and targeted
