Looks like authoritative name servers for airtel.in (ie AS9498) aren't responding on IPv6.

```
Bharti Airtel starts peering in Russia
This posts covers a quick analysis of Airtel's recent interconnection at MSK-IX in Moscow, Russia
anuragbhatia.com
There seems to be some problems with Contabo (Mumbai)'s upstream transit. A lot of packetloss between them and #AS9498
Latency spike to Fastly from #AS9498 (Airtel India) Nagpur over IPv6 to Fastly Mumbai node. (90ms)
The traceroute shows that it (might) be going through Bangalore but still the latency is too much, the return path might be different which is causing this.
IPv4 is fine
Looks like IPv6 traffic from #AS9498 (Bharti Airtel) to #AS55836 (Jio) is going through #AS4637 (Telstra) instead of going through their PNI. This results in #latency exceeding 400ms IPv4 seems to be routing properly
