There is growing speculation in the low end #hosting community that QuadraNet (#AS8100) is on the verge of shutting down. They currently announce ~500 prefixes.

From one small hosting provider:

"To ensure that we do not experience any extended downtime caused by their financial situation, we have immediately made plans to migrate our servers to a new datacenter facility in Los Angeles. "

Many reports of hosting provider #QuadraNet (#AS8100) spamming recently shuttered provider DediPath (#AS35913) customers.

"[...] I am an Entreprise Account Manager here at QuadraNet. I heard you might be in need of a new data center partner to meet your needs. Don't worry, we've got you covered!"
