The Black In Offensive Security (BIOS) initiative is a digital media interview project designed to share and elevate the stories of Black hobbyists and practitioners within the Offensive sector of the Cybersecurity Field.

By Highlighting Black stories, BIC seeks to supplement our Red Team Development Program curriculum with interviews and experiences from knowledgeable individuals and also provide a publicly accessible archive of diverse experiences.
