Workshop "Naming Files and Folders - Best Practices at the Microscope" from CRC TRR 384 IN-CODE
Workshop for the CRC TRR 384 IN-CODE, but adaptable for any kind of scientific project, that needs to think about how to name files and folders in a research data management (RDM) context. This particular workshop was created to be very applied to microscopy data, but many concepts can be applied to other types of data as well. We have provided the slides in the open ODP Format as well as in PDF and PPTX. We hope you can use and build on these resources. The slides are commented with some remarks what to introduce and to do with the participatns on each slide. We will improve the slides and the ExampleReadme.md further and further and we are open to feedback.
