@joningold Ah yes I see. In the same sense that narrative causality is about a flow rather than the total sum of parts.
In the distinction of set vs narrative it definitely makes sense to categorise lore as a part of the set (usually) and a part of the narrative only rarely.

- hired 3 people to write riddles for Unannounced #Game yay!
- announced Unannounced Game, I suppose
- some writing. But my brain no work no no so it's not very good
- joined Mastodon, oops
- recovered from #AdvX, mostly
- rebuilt death in the Highlands (this used to work in a bonfire-kinda-way, it's now an inverse-bonfire which is way more fun)
- added a new Highland mechanic (snow haystack jump)
