So tired I tried to operate the hoist using my mobile phone 😳 I haven’t even had breakfast yet

The scheduled home care worker for my daughter returned from holiday on Wednesday and texted me at 5.30 this morning to say she’s sick. So I did as much as I could and B has just left on her bus, but the place looks like a bomb site and I’m exhausted 😩 #ACarersLife
