Looks like Agnes' farm is expanding some of their operations, working with Lief to set up a new store for flowers and other home landscape items.

Oh no! The record store has been here since January, but looks they are doing a deep clearance sale. I wonder what's going to replace it, we need a full set of shops here in the shipping district.
Guess I better pick up some on sale KK Slider records before the store goes under.

Finally got some time to visit Moduland Records. It looks like they have a mix of K.K. Slider albums as well as some cool non-K.K. albums from artists like Psy, Goldfinger, and Trident.
Looks like they'll have a nice assortment of materials for all the villagers.

So, I decided the shopping district still needed a faux building / shop and redesigned the toy store into a record store based on an idea from @Kitty
The setup is complete with custom designs I've made of actual album covers. On the left is the cover for Goldfinger's Hang Up (Design ID MO-3Y2T-F237-2CKQ); on the right is the cover for Dreamcatcher's Apocalypse: Save Us (Design ID MO-JS9L-98KR-C018).

Since the toy store finished their big clearance event, we finally have the reveal of what went in to replace it. I mean, it was an empty building so it was mostly a cosmetic renovation, but what a renovation it was!
We now have a record store here on Moduland. Looking in the windows, it looks like they'll have K.K. music, K-Pop, and more! Definitely going to have to check this out later.
