It's a REAL loss in hard cash of > Rs 2.80 lakh crores to the exchequer.
Agent Rai must be sued & punished for a NOTIONAL scam destroying competition in telecom sector, getting 2G licences cancelled, damaging India's reputation & foreign investments, bankrupting companies, creating huge NPAs for banks.
An apology does not suffice.
