Finally made it to some of the bookkeeping I should have done last weekend, it is going slowly. I do not have the smarts/spoons/mental wotsits today. Plus I really do need to put my feet up again soon, and that is not really feasible at my desk.

I did manage to do a 4 day work from home week, I want to try going into the office tomorrow, but am well aware that it might not go well and I'll end up work from home again.

Today is another feet up, but try to move enough kinda day. Amending diet even further to compensate for last weekends shenanigans, which should probably have resulted in me ringing a doctor... But I am totally not known for being stubborn* and trying to handle things by myself, as I've done for the last 30+ years.

Fortunately less than 10 weeks now till I have the operation to stop this reoccurring permanently, just have to mentally survey the interim period.

Things I probably ought to be doing today... Resting including naps, drinking and getting a good supply of iron

What I will be doing today...
Cooking soup (includes spinach so iron), trying to get enough steps in, avoiding naps and only having mini rests

Yesterday was a wipeout, other jobs I should be doing like bookkeeping may or may not happen on the extended weekend. Pretty sure my body hates me.
