Mit Dropbox lief es immer am besten, aber nicht nur will ich da weg (bin immer nur den kostenlosen Plan geritten), es bleibt dann halt ganz auf #2Do & #Apple-Geräte beschränkt. Was ich aber unbedingt will: tagesaktuelle Klein-Tasks müssen im Kalender abbildbar sein. Tasks müssen aber auch in Projekten (mit Subtasks) organisierbar sein. Dann noch plattformunabhängig einsehbar wäre prima. Nr. 1 und 3 dieser Must-haves gehen mit 2Do/Dropbox nicht. (1/8)

@dreamchipper @busymac @things Had started to create sth like that with a dedicated calendar for blocked time & tags to record all related events and then count the hours spent. But tasks with a duration might be much easier to track. Sure, „make 25 copies for biology class“ doesn’t need a duration, but many of my tasks do.
Still, I don’t know if time blocking actually is for me. Will see.
If the Nextcloud sync really works and doesn’t break projects w/ subtasks, I‘ll even consider #2Do again.
