Lazy afternoon at Indian Head NSW
I make this easy yum vegie fritter with grated vegies, eggs or chickpea water (for vegans) ,and dried falafel mix. Stir, leave 10 mins for the falafel flour to absorb any moisture, the fry as patties. I serve it with Sriracha Hommus mixed in with Greek yoghurt. 😋
