Yesterday, the seventh PHP conference in Japan was held in Okinawa. Unlike mainland Japan, Okinawa is a southern island with a subtropical climate and has a unique history and literature. I gave two lightning talks at this conference.
It's not uncommon for conferences to provide food and drinks to attendees, but PHP Conference Kagawa will be serving unlimited udon noodles. Udon is a common noodle in Japan, but the people of Kagawa are known to be particularly udon fanatics.
