Hanno ZullaMy favourite IT magazine is contracting far fewer illustrators than it did in the past and now uses an in-house generative AI instead. The editor explains in a podcast how the graphics department team is doing "lovingly crafted prompting" to get "really beautiful" results.
Meanwhile, my favourite graphic novel artist is posting on social media about depression and imminent poverty and is currently begging readers to buy their stuff to make ends meet.
But who's to say if generative AI has bad consequences or not?

Mopsi DickJe länger ich in der Familienhilfe arbeite, desto mehr bin ich überzeugt, dass die wirksamste politische Maßnahme die Förderung niederigschwelliger Begegnungsangebote wäre. Ein Frühstückstreff, eine Sozialarbeiterin auf dem Basketballfeld, ein Opa, der die Töpferei aufschließt, eine Ex-Kassiererin, die Samstags zuhört, spart Millionen an Zwangsmaßnahmen und Scheiß und halbiert im Alleingang Faschos. Wenn ihr aktiv werden wollt, macht was, wo jede*r hinkommen kann.

goncourtIch möchte höflich noch mal dringend für diese Bundestags-Petition gegen geplante «rosa Listen» werben. Es sind nur noch 11 Tage, es kommt sehr schleppend voran (13.666 von 30.000). Das Motiv von Dobrindt etc, Register für Trans-Leute einzuführen, ist durchschaubar. Man mag solche Petitionen für ein wirkungsloses Statement halten. noch ohne AccountDie Böllerei wäre schlagartig vorbei, wenn die Grünen eine Böllerpflicht fordern würden. Es könnte so einfach sein.
