Another Sunday where I felt energetic enough to do some meal prep. Although I'm definitely lower energy than I was last weekend (probably because I had to work all week instead of sleep LOL)

-lentil/pecan shepherds pie
-orange glazed roasted carrots
-lemon cheezecake
-cream of roasted tomato soup
-croutons
-smoky soy curls
-chopped every veg needed for a stir-fry (cauli, bok choy, red pepper)

That's three or four meals worth of food. One night we're just having jarred pasta sauce with Gardein meatballs and pasta. And we have enough frozen convenience food to get us through any meal emergencies if required, including the TAMALES i made last weekend, so I think we're good.

i love the moon and want to just be surrounded by moons/moon paraphernalia all the time. i wish the space people would just leave our moon alone, it doesn't deserve what we're probably going to do to it

my youngest kid is taking a "queer representation in film" course in college rn and we get to watch all the gay movies together and i'm beside myself with joy. tonight it's "carol" 😍
