Today was the first not-rainy day so I went up Sky Tower to get a view of the city! 🏙️ I also visited the WETA workshop exhibit across the street, where they showcase what goes into making the props, characters, and everything in between. 📽️

Day 3 is all about Bay of Islands! We stopped by Otuihau Whangārei Falls on the way; it was a cool stop despite the rain 🌧️ The seas were fortunately not too rough and the skies cleared up a bit when we got to Urupukapuka Island.

We went to Waitomo to see the glow worms (photos not allowed inside!) and then to Rotoroa to visit Te Puia. I saw a kiwi for real life and also saw a geyser! ⛲ What a day!
