Theres a part of me that wants to blame politcally apathetic or disengaged people for the current situation. But then I remember that the main reason they’re disengaged is also the reason we’re here: Corporate elite capture of both parties and the entire government rendering most forms of engagement people are aware of highly compromised and ineffective.
It’s our job to help build up meaningful forms of organizing and make people aware of the power they can have.
