@angry_hagfish Not directly maths, but "The art of statistics" by Spiegelhalter pretty much does induce some sense of wonder in stats without too much technicalities.
@angelsomething Don't beat yourself up on this. I have a PhD in CS and sometimes use a calculator for things like this. PEMDAS for the win!
