@oddJob54 @workingclasshistory highly recommend the Cool People Who Did Cool Stuff episodes about jailbreaks for more. I think they cover Helen Woodson in the second part, but both are amazing

iHeart@oddJob54 @workingclasshistory iirc they were aware of how to damage the silo so that it'd only cause problems if the nuclear missile was actually fired. The missile was untouched but if it *was* launched, there was a good chance it would have just blown up the silo, so it couldn't have been fired at all w/o risking damage to the ppl firing it. It was more symbolic than anything, but it was pretty fucking good symbolism lmao
'Let's Go Lesbians' plays on a loop in my head whenever I see this photo from the

genuinely very grateful for vaccines rn because they've turned what could have been weeks of misery into a couple days of a sore throat, headache, and general tiredness on par with a mild cold. tbh my mom had a cold a few weeks ago, and covid now, and the cold hit her worse
@thedeadparrot I think you should know that it's one in the morning and I've started watching the first ep, and I'm seeing this through to the end
the architect was used to building prisons, so that might explain it lmao
