The Role of Āsana 🪑🧘♀️
“Āsana--postural flow--- is the core of Yoga.”
This view persists because posture is visible and embodied.
Correction: Āsana is the stable occupation of the ethical space created by Yama and Niyama—a practice of living within a harm-reduced world.

“All ethics define the Right by appealing to the Good.”
This reflects the dominance of Western moral theory.
Correction: Yoga reverses the relation: devotion to sovereignty (the Right) produces the Good. Autonomy grounds ethics.
