Coyote adventure in the BRC
#BurningMan2023
“My Body, My Home” art installation by Zappy Stardust https://zeppystardust.com/pages/my-body-my-home
My Body, My Home is a catharsis project focused on body trauma, scheduled to burn at Burning Man 2023. It will take the shape of a wooden coyote skeleton because coyotes symbolize resilience. The skeleton will be approximately 40 feet long; rib cage approximately 4.5 feet tall on the interior, so people can sit inside
Anxiety levels rising
Going to my first Burning Man, arriving early, 2 weeks from today.
Gotta have all my preps done 1 week from today, working remote from Scout’s place for few days before departure.
2005: I built this canine head, Rikter tribute “Y2K9”
FC2006: I wore his head with Avery v1 body.
@tsuyoto adopted Avery v1, renamed Trapper.
FC2013: Y2K9 (& Trapper body) with Tsuyoto’s other characters Sanscritch & Dozer
2020: Tsuyoto gave back Y2K9
2023: Y2K9 partial at July 4 with ScoutFox
Or he could become Woodruff v2? #fursuitfriday
Hey all! Here are some photos of my critters at the weekly Chicken meet Thursdays at Wicked Chicken in Santa Clara
In reverse chronological order:
Yippee Coyote
Baron von Shepherd
Blip - lost alien, with pink nose
Champ (as seen in the Guinness book 2008)
Really cool meeting new people, and learning I’ve inspired some folks. I used to attend pretty regularly when it was on my way home from work, but now I work remote.
