@indutny for sure there is the whole license thing, but what triggers me the most is that a complete understanding of the code produced is becoming a secondary thing.

Currently looking for a new employment (remote and EU only), thought to try to get #fedihired as well.
Most of my ~20 year experience I dealt with either very low-level kernel/user-level (often embedded) C+asm or distributed backend (Go, Erlang, Java).
I would love to prioritize the former and not opposed to learning something new at this point.
