I'm just trying to remember the saying that life is a series of falling and getting back up.
I have failed multiple times this year. Failed to start things, failed to continue things, failed to stop things all left, right, and center.
But the one thing that hasn't happened yet is I didn't lose hope 😭
just putting this out there as a step towards building myself back up..
guys, I'm back from the grave.
This is a bit personal, but a lot has happened since the very start of this year: anxiety, burnout, losing people, quitting my job, issues with my studies, etc. The entire year flew by so fast with just these things happening.
Now I'm in november, trying to start all over again...
I’m tired of all the note-taking apps..
Going back to apple notes.
Use affirmations as a suplement to action.
Not as a substitution of action.
Only doing will get you there.
Just the simple virtue of -
1. Sitting down with a pen and paper in the morning.
2. Brain dump all things I need to do.
3. Picking the ones for the day and scheduling it within focus hours in my calendar.
Clarity about tasks solves productivity and procrastination.

Living with mistrust is really hard.
Not being able to trust someone you love is harder.
Everything reminds you of how they broke your faiths in the similar situation, and terrifies you by making you think it’s happening again.
