Homemade Spicy Tonkotsu ramen. If you like food (and cats), follow me for updates. 👏
Panko fried chicken, with spicy mayo sauce, and a side of ponzu salad. Fried at 330-350 for 10 minutes, then oven for 10 minutes at 300.
Made galette des rois, with a twist. King's Cake is essentially a puff pastry with an rum-infused almond butter filling (frangipane). It's a fairly large cake. Since we are two, I made individual portions, and added a chocolate glaze. Turned out beautifully.
Just watched Bros (the movie) and it's a total game changer.
Laughed a ton, even shed a tear or two for these lovebirds.
Saved it for the last day of 2022, don't regret it because every day of 2023 needs a little more love.
