I genuinely don't know why you would want a Chemex when the v60 exists
In the remake Sebastian still does the little thing where he lists all the instruments playing, meanwhile the mix is just absolutely BARE. Funniest fucking thing, you don't hear or see a single thing he describes, with the exception of the blowfish, who blows no instrument to speak of
