My thought for the week ......

"Do not ever go to a meeting with Nicola unprepared " is a sentiment I have heard several times.

She is well known for doing her homework, being well prepared and putting together plans that work..

Now is the time to stand behind her and trust her to get the job done.

Its actually quite easy because there are no alternatives …..
