These two have started coming by the house for breakfast every morning at the break of dawn. (Sorry for the fuzziness,they're from a security cam.) The mother is here to watch over them (and eat).

Given the wording below, would giving a pardon to an insurrectionist qualify as this crime? Just asking for a friend...
