@The_Whore_of_Blahbylon I lost about 30lbs / 15% of my body weight with semaglutide from a national compounder (happy to share the name). I split a prescription with my spouse and stayed at a half dose, so it worked out to $125 / month / person.
Still eating (and drinking) way less, blood sugar very improved to best ever, cholesterol much lower. It's been 10 months. At restaurant dinner last night I got a steak sub and ate maybe 1/3 of it. Ate the soup and a little bread and I was full. Just, didn't want to eat more. I think it's great. I'll be going off in about two months and hoping my numbers stay steady.
