@andrewnez hey just wanted to share that I am crawling ecosytems right now (politely), but let me know if it starts appearing as abuse on your side (I sometimes get internal server errors back). As this is the first time using it, I am not sure how many hours it takes. With npm it took days but I am guessing it’ll be faster here
Let me know if you’re in Bucharest Bratislava Chisinau Prague Vienna ! I’ll be there next month!
I’m in NYC next week! Let me know if you’re around and want to hang!

The AI jobs crisis is not coming—it's here right now. It just might not look like what many thought it would.

From Duolingo firing scores of writers and translators to the AI-first strategy that has helped justify thousands of federal workers to artists, illustrators, and freelancers seeing their incomes decline—the AI jobs crisis is here, now:

I have been reading more this year, and thought I’d aggregate the books on my website:

(I track books on thestorygraph, a good alternative to goodreads, and then crawl that)

Today, 1 in 5 of the popular npm packages contains ESM! ESM-only (11.7%) or dual (8.4%). Comparatively a big win in the last 3 months, too.
