Ran the Navy Coronado Bay Bridge 10K today. A personal record time for me - just over 51 min, or 5’03”/km. The sold out race had the best energy, capped off by a gorgeous ferry ride back from Coronado to San Diego.

Between my 10 km run in the morning and a 2 mi walk in the evening, I made it from Old Town to Ocean Beach on foot. 😎
