apologies if you already knew this - and i definitely know "oh just switch the mastodon fork entirely" is *not* trivial, especially given the obvious customizations snouts has, but glitch-soc implements this feature
(their implementation is kinda strange though, it involves putting an 👁️ emoji at the end of a post which is kinda weird imo lol)
but yeah, i agree it'd be cool to have!
@geet the snouts mods made multiple statements about how this was about ignoring formal warnings and snarkily posting about being warned, it wasn't at all about making jokes at the expense of white people which is one bit of misinfo I've heard
