It seems to not be from the How It Should Have Ended series.

This is a wolf gif that I’ve had around for a while and use from time to time. I seem to remember it being from a cartoon, but I can’t for the life of me figure out which one. Reverse image/video searches don’t turn up anything. Could anyone help identify this?
I don’t think we need a rigid constitution or anything complicated. This community has been chugging along well so far.
The simpler and more straightforward the rules are, the better.
