Annoying @signalapp behavior. If you tighten your notification privacy (for incoming messages) to "Name only". It doesn't notify you of incoming reactions to your messages.
I missed a response to an important message because it came in via a reaction, which wasn't shown as a notification nor was it shown in the message preview window. I only noticed when I went to follow up.
I think it's a bug to drop notifications for reactions.
